    Team Magma and Team Aqua.

    It's been awhile, and I kinda forget what happens to them at the end. Do their teams disband like team rocket, or does something else happen to them? (I guess team rocket only disbands in the games but w/e. Lets hear an answer for both the games and the anime if possible.)

    I assumed the opposite. They gave no reason to make the viewers think they weren't going to continue to pursue their goals.

    Same for the games. I don't recall being told they disbanded.
     
    It's never said they disbanded. After Team Rocket's many defeats, they're still going so it's safe to assume the same deal for them
     
    I think they disbanded, at least their respective leader showed remorse to what they done .I think he also says something like : I am going to disband the team now...
     
    After the Groudon/Kyogre fight, they've probably disbanded, seeing how they couldn't control such powerful pokemon.
     
    That, or the writers didn't care for them so much, they threw the organizations down the memory hole. Right there with Ash's Pidgeot and the GS Ball.
     
    I hardly even remember the episodes they were in. I hope they aren't completely forgotten though.
     
    I think they just vanished, but its mostly unknown what truly happened to them, but in my opinion once they vanished they disbanded, but if the show follows the trait of the games, they would of showed remorse and did something good for once.
     
    Well, that's why we have fanfiction. Besides, who's to say they didn't disband? Maybe they're just hiding (by which I mean, "fade into off-screen obscurity for all eternity).
     
    I never got to see them in the anime, coz britain doesn't get it (waaaaah!!!!)

    But in the games, their leaders return the orbs to mt.pyre, so i would assume that's the end of them
     
    maybe they will return in the future you never know o.0
    The same way they came in the anime, the same why they could come back 0.o
    but they weren't important enough anyways
