Synchronize ability?

If you had a pokemon with synchronize, holding a toxic orb and with the attack facade, would it be effective? Switch him in when you want to poison the foe, then power up facade at the same time. Good idea?

Well anyways, I think it would be alright, but facade is only good on pokemon with guts, and a STAB facade so that it has enormous power.

Synchronize only works on status the opponent inflicts. It won't work. Just use Toxic.
