6th Gen Sylveon pronunciation?

What is the proper way to pronounce Sylveon?? Some other forum had many replies saying sill-vee-on back when the Pokémon first debut so that's how I pronounce it... is that correct??

This trailer here actually has the narrator pronouncing Sylveon. Skip to around 1:07. But yes, it is pronounced sill-vee-on.

At times I have a hard time pronouncing "vee" sound, so I prounce it more like "veh" sound. The reasoning is that Spanish is my 1st language, so I tend to pronounce them with my Spanish accent.

for me: Sí-l-veh-óh-n

I have similar issue with many other English Pokemon names, not just Sylveon.
