    The starters' final evolutions have now been officially revealed. Many of us have seen them at this point, but for those that have not and are interested in checking, I've put image embeds in the spoiler tag below. Click at your own risk!

    What do you think of them and which is your favorite? Do you still like the starter you initially wanted to go with?
     
    Samurott is just... Samurott with a different color palette and a bit more twisted spikes.

    Typhlosion looks a bit silly (for a Ghost type they could have made it look scarier, not dumber) but at least gains a nice touch when its flames are out.

    Decidueye is the winner for me here. It distinguishes enough from the original with more meaningful design changes but you can still recognize Decidueye in it. This, alongside the Growlithe line, Zoroark and Goodra are the kind of regional forms I like to see.
     
    I'm not gonna get the game for the time being, but I'm absolutely ga-ga for Typhlosion! First of all, it's a Ghost-type, and a ridiculously adorable one at that. It reminds me of a Pokémon version of Johto Gym Leader Morty; the floppy ears only add to that impression! I also love its flames in battle - not as much as those of J-Typhlosion, but still neat. Out of all the Hisuian forms that were not unveiled prior to release, H-Typhlosion is my favourite.
     
    I adore both Samurott's and Typhlosion's new designs!! Typhlosion looks like he just smoked a blunt in the most endearing way possible. And Samurott looks tremendous as well, it has a noble, yet slightly sinister appearance, which I love.

    Deucideye, I Initially wasn't overly fond of, however, upon further consideration I've come to love its Hisuian form as well! I'm certainly going to have a difficult time deciding upon a starter!

    I have adjusted to them pretty quickly and decided I like them all. :D

    Typhlosion looks a bit droopy but I honestly love that - it's cute. Picked him as my starter and am pretty content with that decision so far. The type combination being

    is also pretty interesting and not the route I expected them to go for with Cyndaquil's line.
     
    Typhlosion looks amazing, and it has yet to fail me in battle yet. Its design is a bit goofy due to the fact that it looks like its stoned, but it has a nice effect.
