Hello everyone I'am training mine Skarmory now and he is strong but I need Advice for mine Dear Skarmory.

    -=ID of that Pokémon=-
    Pokémon name: Skarmory.
    Type: Steel 'n Flying.
    OT: Hikary.
    Nature: Hardy.
    How: From the Egg
    Gehatged in: Hearthome City.

    -=Status=-
    Level: 32.
    HP: 95.
    Attack: 62.
    Defence: 108.
    Special Attack: 38.
    Special Defence: 59.
    Speed: 64.
Ability: Keen Eye (Prevents the Pokémon from losing Accuracy).
    {Need some Training for his Attack and Special Attack maybe I must give the Vitamines for the Attack and Special Attack to boost.}

    -=Moves=-
    Air Cutter.
    Peck.
    Steel Wing.
    Fury Attack.
(Can you help me about which moves are great for that Skarmory. Please give me an Advice about the Moves of Skarmory what the greatest Attacks are.)

    Skarmory@Shedshell
    Sturdy
    Impish Nature
    EVs:252 HP/252 DEF/6 ATK
    Moves:
    -Spikes
    -Drill peck
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost

That is the best Skarmory moveset you can get.

Skarmory is more of a defense/spikes pokemon than a physical attacker. Here is (the usual) skarmory:
    Skarmory @ Sharp Beak/Shed Shell/Leftovers
    Sturdy
    Impish +def -sp. atk
    255 defense/252 speed or HP/6 atk

    moveset:
    Spikes/stealth rock
    Roar/whirlwind
    Drill Peck
    Roost

I'm not 100% sure if I'm right so correct me if I'm wrong. Also, Skarmory can only learn Drill Peck and Whirlwind through egg moves so...

This same set was repeated 3 times. Must it be said again?

Yeah, but Spikes can take off 30%.

Stealth Rock over Spikes since Spikes doesn't hit all the pokemon.

Yes, but Spikes is a very rare move to be found in a Pokemon. Many Pokes know Stealth Rock simply because it's a TM, so Spikes is better recommended. You could just use another Poke, Like Aerodactyl to lay a Stealth Rock trap

    SPIKES/STEALTH ROCK
    WHIRLIND/ROAR
    DRILL PECK
    ROOST/REST

This set has been said too many times. Anymore, it'll just be SPAM. Besides, Rest isn't the best option.
