Hey there
A few days back I got this crazy idea to start my own game, I did some ROM hacking a few years back but now I found these amazing RPGXP tutorials. So I was playing around for a bit, had some cool ideas for my game and I noticed when adding some house tiles that they were pretty small compared to my character..
I used these tiles:

https://poison-master.deviantart.com/art/Destroyed-Buildings-127783284
They also didn't fit 'properly' in the small squares on RPGXP, the Pokemon essentials houses fit right in those squares. For example 1 square is a door, but when I use these houses 1 tile is like the door and a part of the wall. Is it supposed to be like that or should I change settings or whatever? Or do I need to use smaller character sprites if I wanna use these sort of houses?
I'm new at this, so sorry if it's something really easy..
Btw if anyone knows some cool destroyed/abandoned tileset(s) then let me know
