4th Gen Since when does Aerial Ace flinch???

I was fighting Darach today, we each had 1 Pokemon left, my Gliscor V.S. his Staraptor, I readied to Stone Edge the little birdy, but of course it was faster. It used Aerial Ace, no biggy, right, my Gliscor still had 20 HP left. BUT GUESS WHAT??? AERIAL ACE FLINCHED ME!! AND THE NEXT TURN STARAPTOR KILLED ME!!! SINCE WHEN DOES AERIAL ACE FLINCH!!!

It may have had a king's rock or razor fang which makes all moves flinch.

Darach's Staravia is indeed holding a King's Rock.
His Empoleon has +CRIT and his Houndoom cannot be downed from 100% to 0%.
