    Kiloude city, next to the TV. You have to have it in your party and if he says the stats "can't be beaten" it has 31 on those stats. You interested on Shiny Froakie?

    Greatest's Potential is in the Speed Stat...
    and
    Low of a Sp. Def Stat...

    Did it say "Can't be beaten" on those stats? Or did it say something else?
    And yeah, I have
    3IV Shiny Emolga
    4IV HA Shiny Charmander
    But I honestly wouldn't trade these unless Skorupi has at least 3 IVs in competitive stats.

    Since a friend and I had already made a deal, derv I'll have to talk to her about it. I'll tell you what she thinks of a shiny latias or genesect later today so keep your eyes peeled.
