Shiny Ho-oh?

I have just been watching Episode 1 (the very first) and I saw what appeared to be a shiny Ho-oh fly away. Since this is Kanto it's really weird...

I know it's shiny Ho-oh because I paused it with Sky+

I don't think it was shiny it was just the sunlight reflecting from it that made it look kinda goldish.
