[Question] [RMXP] RGSS-RTP not found when clearly there(SOLVED)

First of all, I'm not sure if this would belong here or not, because it's not directly about Pokemon Essentials, but this is frustrating me beyond words.

I had to get a new laptop after my old one's hardrive died. Geek Squad failed to transfer the data so I had to do it myself. I thought I moved all I need to move to my new laptop to start working on my game again but I guess not because
[PokeCommunity.com] [RMXP] RGSS-RTP not found when clearly there(SOLVED)

But I don't understand what I'm still missing, and I can't get into my old laptop anymore. I looked online and I was told to erase the word "standard" in the Game.ini file, so now it looks like

[Game]
Library=RGSS102E.dll
Scripts=Data\Scripts.rxdata
Title=Pokemon Sanguine
RTP1=
RTP2=
RTP3=

But I still have this problem. I tried getting into the RPG Maker forums but not only can I not log in properly, but I can't look at any posts from said forum because I didn't authorize my account. This is because they never gave me the link to authorize it, no matter how many times I click "resend." (Yes I checked my spam folder.) So I'm pretty desperate for help. I do... Unhealthy things when I'm frustrated, so help would be appreciated so, so much. Thanks.

Edit: This is what the inside of the "Standard" folder looks like,

Alternatively, if I don't need to get into the main RPGXP file to open Game.rxproj files as they're meant to be opened, that would be great too.

You're missing RGSS-RTP's register keys so Windows and the games that use it think that it isn't installed because they check only the system register for it. You can fix that simply by reinstalling RGSS-RTP.
