Yeah, this is my first RMT, hopefully it's good? :P

[PokeCommunity.com] Rhyperior counters DDGyara NOT. (OU RMT)

    Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
    EVs: 252 Spd/252 Atk/4 HP
    Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunder Punch
    - Iron Head
    - Stealth Rocks

Mmm. Replaced my Gardevoir for reasons DA specified. :\

[PokeCommunity.com] Rhyperior counters DDGyara NOT. (OU RMT)

    Metagross @ Life Orb
    Ability: Clear Body
    EVs: 152 HP/252 Atk/104 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Agility
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Meteor Mash

Fairly standard Agiligross. Even if it's fallen from its heyday in Advance, it's still good. Agility up, become faster than most Pokémon, and smash away with Meteor Mash and EQ. Explosion as a last resort.

[PokeCommunity.com] Rhyperior counters DDGyara NOT. (OU RMT)

    Gyarados @ Life Orb
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 HP
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Waterfall

I really can't live without DDgyara. xD It's been a staple part of any OU team I make and it's really stood out as a great KOer. :\ If and Electric type comes in, I'll switch to...

[PokeCommunity.com] Rhyperior counters DDGyara NOT. (OU RMT)

    Electivire @ Expert Belt
    Ability: Motor Drive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Cross Chop
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunderpunch
    - Earthquake

...And Motor Drive kicks in. Speeds Electivire up and starts its sweeping. I sort of want it to last, so I put an Expert Belt on it (as it's not going to be hitting normally much) instead of Life Orb. :\

[PokeCommunity.com] Rhyperior counters DDGyara NOT. (OU RMT)

    Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal
    EVs: 44 HP/252 Atk/212 Spd
    Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Spore
    - Focus Punch
    - Mach Punch
    - Seed Bomb

SporePuncher Breloom. Spore on something, get the Toxic Orb, and heal while attacking off others. Toxic Orb also means I can't be paralysed or put to sleep. :\ Mach Punch is there to (hopefully) deal with TTar.

[PokeCommunity.com] Rhyperior counters DDGyara NOT. (OU RMT)

    Flygon (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SDef
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Claw
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Punch
    - Stone Edge

Life Orb Sweeper. Comes in late in the game, normally once major threats have been taken out. Being immune to most hazards is awesome too.

Feel free to constrictively criticise this team. It's probably got holes everywhere and is weak to everything. :\ Oh well. Rate away!

I'm liking the agiligross and the gyarados/electivire match up. They always work great together on a team.
My only critique is your breloom. I used this spread and it worked wonders for me.

    Breloom @ Toxic Orb
    Poison Heal
    Jolly
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
    - Spore
    - Substitute
    - Focus Punch
    - Leech Seed

IMO you need substitute on breloom to get the most out of the sleep/heal strategy.

    Hope that helped.

    Electivire

E-Vires "Super Effective" set should be called "Dont use me, im walled by 15/17 types !!" or "Even though i hit things super effective, nothing really cares" x]

    Electivire@Expert Belt / Life Orb
    Mild Nature
    80 ATT / 252 SP.ATT / 176 SPEED
    - Cross Chop
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Ice/Grass]
    - Thunderbolt

Is a MUCH better and doesnt auto fail against the metagame and since you dont have a special threat or anything to break walls..

    Gardevoir

Which brings me onto my next point, you have one of the biggest salamence weaks ive ever seen and if anything gets in a Dragon Dance you get 6-o'd. Id use something like scarf Jolly max speed jirachi with Ice Punch/T-Punch/Stealth Rock/Iron Head. Not only does this give you a revenge killer to things like mence and Gyarados but it also sets up the ever useful Stealth Rock (which every offensive team needs 100% btw) and is an Anti lead due to Iron Head's 60% flinch rate loling at most things. Id put it >> Gardevoir, although then 3 pokes have a fire weak which, luckily none of them can switch in on this team without losing and you have Gyara and Gon so yeah.

    Breloom

Adamant >>> Brave on Breloom, there is no reason what so ever to use Brave. I dont see what leech seed does without sub since its not gonna be doing much. Preferable another attack >> Leech Seed, id use Mach Punch since some Tars carry Fire Punch (namely DD Tar who causes BIG problems to this team) now and you can no longer rely on the resistance to tars STAB moves with Loom and this team lacks priority.

    Flygon

Outrage >> either Stone Edge or D-Claw on Flygon or its kinda poop and rather mediocre =/ @ Choice Band because its a monster then.

    Metagross

Also bump Metagross's speed to 210 (120 HP / 252 ATT / 136 SPEED) this grants 420 speed after an agility which outspeeds Timid Scarf Heatran.

Way to beat the Rhyperior thing into the ground =/

Either way, D_A said mostly what needed to be said. I would use Stone Edge instead of Leech Seed or Mach Punch on Breloom though, otherwise it's just another thing Salamence can set up on after Sleep Clause is activated, and Gyarados and flying-types in general say the same thing.

    Brave? Musta been a mistake.

Anyway, thanks for the critique, D_A. What EV spread would you recommend for the Jirachi?

As my whole team now consists of Physical attackers, I'm thinking of replacing something with Porygon 2/Z. Porygon2 means I can sort of take down stuff like Gyarados and Salamence by tracing their Intimidate... :\

    EDIT:

I just tried out the team with Jirachi in a battle and it owned. Fully. Was 6-3 down and swept with Iron Head until a Zong came out and I switched to Loom. Sleeped 'em and sweeped 'em with Focus Punch. OHKOd a Blissey, too. :D Thanks very much, D_A, for the awesome thing.

    EDIT 2:

I just got 6-0'd by a Nasty Plot Azelf. Jirachi couldn't kill it, and it just killed everyone else with Flamethrower and Psychic. :O

Ok your team looks good but........ all your moves are physical....YOU NEED SOMETHING SPECIAL or you are unable to do much against some physical walls

Well, thanks for stating the obvious.

That's why I suggested adding in a Porygon.

That doesn't really help though >_>

The physical walls in OUs are basically either bulky waters, bulky grounds, or steels. Vaporeon is at least decent against all three groups (bar stuff like offensive Suicune but that's nto a physical wall to begin with), and it passes your team Wish. Evire beats most waters anyway...not like it can do much else.

Also, use Fire Punch on Jirachi somewhere. Making Gyarados switch into SR just to beat the ever-common Scizor is only going to get it killed. I would replace SR for it and put SR on Metagross instead. Your team doesn't even support an AgiliGross sweep so it probably won't be doing much anyway. Making Metagross a team supporter will likely help out, but I don't like it on the same team as Jirachi to be honest.

NP Azelf isn't very common so you shouldn't worry about it, but it does reveal your team's weakness in general to everything with 100+ base speed and powerful special attacks. Starmie and even Zapdos don't have much trouble wearing down your team and eating its heart out. Blsisey is the obvious solution here, preferably over Electivire (since Gyarados needs SR or it's not as effective). However, I would replace Metagross for a different SRer to give your team better defensive continuity, since it is a mess in that sense right now.
