Remind me - does Metronome (held item) work for multi-turn attacks?

For example: an Exploud activates Uproar - a multi-turn move lasting three rounds. Will Metronome proc on only the PP used the first time, or for all three turns of uproar?

Metronome works on move that repeatedly used and won't work on Multi Turn moves like Petal Dance or Outrage. As it eats PP. So only works when you spammed the moves naturally and not thru effect.

It does gives it a boost, but only boosted on spammable moves
