REALLY NEED FOCUS BAND\SASH!

    Whichever one keeps you at 1HP.

    Focus Sash is the one that you are looking for.
    When the defending pokemon is hit with a massive blow the Defending pokemon is left with 1 HP.
    I have one.
    What do you have for offer?
     
    Focus Band works too, and maybe even more than once, but it is not assured to work. Focus Sash works when the Pokemon goes from max HP to potential KO. Then it leaves it with 1 HP, as far as I know.

    Now you can make a more informed choice! :)

    Focus Sash only works once and only works when you lose from max hp to 1. So if you get hit by sandstorm or whatever before you take a blow, focus sash will not work (either way it's useless in sandstorm/hail) :P

    Focus Band on the other hand is pure luck and can constantly keep your HP at 1 no matter how many times you get hit if you're feeling lucky...
