Hi everyone! This is the team I'm planning to use for Pokemon Shield! 😃 I'm going to choose Scorbunny as my starter.

    Cinderace
    Ability: Blaze
    Moves:
    Pyro Ball
    Low Kick
    Bounce
    U-Turn

    Corviknight
    Ability: Pressure or Unnerve
    Moves:
    Iron Head
    Brave Bird
    Hone Claws
    U-Turn

    Boltund
    Ability: Strong Jaw
    Moves:
    Thunder Fang
    Crunch
    Fire Fang
    Dig

    Obstagoon
    Ability: Reckless or Guts
    Moves:
    Hone Claws
    Brick Break
    Throat Chop
    Cross Poison

    Ludicolo (only non gen-8 Pokemon)
Ability: Swift Swim or Rain Dish
    Moves:
    Energy Ball
    Rain Dance
    Surf
    Ice Beam

    Galarian Rapidash
    Ability: Pastel Veil
    Moves:
    Psycho Shift
    Play Rough
    High Horse Power
    Quick Attack

I will have to do a lot of den raid grinding to get the moves I want on my Pokemon.
Note: I will use the date and time exploit to get the trs for my Pokemon.

Should be fine, though there's a few moves I'd change. Two-turn moves like Bounce and Dig often aren't worth it, would replace Psycho Shift with Psycho Cut on Rapidash.

idr how soon you can get hidden ability Pokemon from dens, but if it's sooner rather than later, Mirror Armor is great for Corviknight, much better than Pressure or Unnerve.

Hello Nah. The reason I have dig and bounce on Cinderace and Boltund is because they are great coverage. And dig is on Boltund because I need coverage against electric types. And moves can't hit dig during the first time turn soo.

And I meant to type Psycho cut on Rapidash, but I accidentally typed Psycho shift instead, so Rapidash is always going to have Psycho cut.

And if I find Corviknight with the hidden ability in raids, I will use it, but otherwise I won't bother. The game is rather easy anyways….

Bounce is unreliable, and doesn't offer Cinderace relevant coverage either. Flying is super effective against three types, two of which Cinderace already hits for super effective damage with Pyro Ball. Even against a Fighting type: Stab Pyroball = 180, Bounce = 170 (and less accurate).

Hone Claws on Corviknight and Obstagoon looks basically just for the Attack boost, since none of the moves you want to give them would benefit for the Accuracy boost, so it would be more useful to give them Bulk Up instead, for Attack + Defense boost.

Boltund can learn Psychic Fangs via TR, which benefits from the Strong Jaw boost.

Rapidash will likely outspeed pretty much everything in-game. I don't think Quick Attack would do much on it.

Seems fine. Notices no glaring type weaknesses. Skews a bit heavily towards physical attackers.

Do you have the DLC? Speeds up the TR grind considerably between the Cram-o-matic and Digging Pa.

On Corviknight: Recommends Bulk Up, Power Trip, and Body Press. Combos really well with each other. Depends how much patience you have with setting up, though.

Finds Corviknight's hidden ability on some 4-5 star common den Corviknights. Unlocks as early as the sixth badge, in other words. Pops up on 2-star rare den Corvisquires in Crown Tundra, however.

Another minor point: Would have liked to see more team synergy with Ludicolo. Thrives in the rain. Sees nobody able to take advantage of Ludicolo's rain or assist in setup, however.

Thank you so much for the suggestions! 😀I've upgraded my team to be more balanced in physical and special attacks and I replaced Ludicolo with Gastrodon because I don't have a special electric type attacker Pokémon that can benefit from it. Also, I just got the game and a Nintendo switch lite. It's too early for me to start thinking of DLC because it's expensive and I just spent a lot of money. Although I did cancel another game's subscription (I don't play it anymore) to make room for the Nintendo online subscription to make TR grinding much easier.

    Here's my current future team.

    Cinderace
    Ability: Blaze
    Moves:
    Pyro Ball
    Low Kick
    U-Turn
    Quick Attack

    Corviknight
    Ability: Mirror Armor
    Moves:
    Iron Head
    Brave Bird
    Bulk Up
    U-Turn

    Boltund
    Ability: Strong Jaw
    Moves:
    Thunder Fang
    Psychic Fangs
    Crunch
    Play Rough

    Thievul
    Ability: Run Away or Unburden
    Moves:
    Dark Pulse
    Shadow Ball
    Psychic
    Grass Knot

    Gastrodon
Ability: Stormy Drain or Sticky Hold
    Moves:
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Earth Power
    Sludge Bomb

    Galarian Rapidash
    Ability: Pastel Veil
    Moves:
    Play Rough
    Psycho Cut
    Low Sweep
    High Horsepower

I know that Thievul isn't the best Pokémon, but I will ev train and over level it.

    Temporary Members:

    Normal Ability Corviknight
-I will use either an unnerve or pressure Corviknight until the 6th gym.

    Drednaw
-I will use a drednaw to beat the third (fire) gym. Then, when I get to the mines, I will replace it with Shellos.
