4th Gen Rare Candy Locations

It could just be me, but has anyone else noticed an lack of obtianable rare candies in these games? Anyway anybody know of a rare candy that is easily overlooked?

Just get them through pick-up. I already got quite a few through that.

i let my freind borrow my diamond for the weekend and when i got it back i had 15 rare candies and i had 2 before so i think there are plenty in the game. If there were any more rare candies they wouldnt be so "rare" would they? besides rare candies are used by people in either desperate situations or lazy people. Anyways, the only time i ever used a rare candy was WAYYY back in red version when i used 8 to get my dragonite to lvl 100 (harder then it looks).

Here's the full list of locations where you can get rare candies:

• Route 224
• Route 225
• Route 230
• Wayward Cave
• Solaceon Ruins
• Mt. Coronet
• Victory Road
• Stark Mountain
• Battle Park

Quite a lot of places IMO. =P

No problem. But yeah, you can easily get them through Pickup as well, like VH said.

you can buy rare candies for 15 BP at the Battle Tower shop.(At least I think its 15 BP)

I got like 10 and know for sure I found almost all items that could be seen and used the poketech item seeker way too much.. But I ehm.. used them.. So what level does that pick up beaty have to be to pick up the candies?

I'll rather get them by picking up or going to the battle tower, I have no time to go search for those rare candies. There are many obstacles like rock Climb, Rock Smash, waterfall etc.

actually it's quite fun to start at beginning of the game again with 2 pokemon that know all the HM's and just explore everything

Pokémon start picking up Rare Candies at lvl 21, but they have a low probability of getting one at that level. If you have a lvl 31 or above you'll have a higher chance of picking up Rare Candies.
