4th Gen Power Herb?

It says it removes the recharge from moves like Hyper Beam.
Thinking I had been given a gift from God, I decided to give my Rhyperior Rock Wrecker.
However, it still needs to recharge.
So what exactly does Power Herb do, and how do I trigger it?

Its random and only does it once

Nooooo, it removes the charge up time from moves like Solarbeam.

.. And possibly Sky Attack and Razor Wind too, I haven't tried it. But not moves like Hyper Beam/Giga Impact/Frenzy Plant/Hydro Cannon/Blast Burn/Roar of Time ect. ect..

But yes, it only works once.

Hmm, yes, power herb is only able to be used once. Quite frankly, i think its a waste of BP. Use sunny day and then use solarbeam. You can use solarbeam without missing a turn of charging until the sun subsides. If i were you, get the "power 5" instead of a power herb.

Well, it can be useful, but only really as a surprise thing, as it is a one-off item. It makes for a really unwelcomed surprise coming from something using Sky Attack.
