Issue: Postings get dumped without context?

    Posted a recruitment request that I guess was unacceptable but got absolutely no feedback and it wasn't moved to the proper place(assuming it was posted in the wrong spot), it just got deleted without any context at all. Is that a communal standard or what?

    Hi! Threads in the recruitment section are subject to manual moderator approval. Yours is currently in the approval queue. As per the section's information thread, please allow up to 48 hours for threads to be processed by the section's team. We're all volunteers here and we're not always online!
