5th Gen Pokemon White: HELP!!!

In route 8 I've been to the Moor of Icirrus and now I am trying to get to Tubeline Bridge, which I checked on the map is east from Icirrus City. And these two Team Plasma geezers are blocking my way saying:
Apparently some of us are working in the Relic Castle in the Desert Resort!
What do I do to get past?
Plz Help ASAP:(

Have you beaten the gym?
Try going to the Relic Castle and check it out.

Yeah, beat the gym, then go to Dragonspiral Tower and watch N claim the dragon for himself, then Cheren and Alder will tell you to go to Relic Castle. After you go to Relic Castle and find Ghetsis at the end, you'll then have to fly to Nacrene City - and visit the museum, then you'll get the orb that applies to your game. After that, they'll tell you to head to Opelucid and then the Plasma bosses won't block your way anymore :)
