Pokemon Sun and Moon Rematchable Trainers System?

i hope the vs seeker is back we havent seen it since gen 4 ): if not at least a match call system or trainer eyes system like ORAS i hope.

I feel Game Freak is very inconsistent when it comes to trainer rematches. I liked the Battle Chateau in X/Y because it took trainer rematches to a different level by being able to use the writs that affect their Pokemon's levels and even your prize money.

I know people want the Vs. Seeker back, but I'm more expecting a Battle Chateau-like facility. Given Hyper Training applies to only Lv100 Pokemon they will need a rematch system in place because it will be time-consuming otherwise.

Chateau was great except that they limited the amount of pokemon the trainers would use like the E4 getting less pokemon than when you battled em at E4.

I hope they bring back the PWT. I don't know if they will because I'm not sure it will fit in Alola, but it was really fun seeing old characters. I just wish we could have full 6v6 battles with them, instead of just 3v3, as the team dynamics for each are different.

I'd like either Vs Seeker or Battle Chateau to make a comeback. Vs Seeker could be improved though ... IIRC, there were times that even if you had it recharded, sometimes trainers wouldn't want to fight you... and that was a pain :C But regardless, I loved using it on Platinum, it was pretty useful! Battle Chateau was great as well ^^ I loved leveling up in there, and it was pretty neat to even rematch Gym Leaders there!

As Hikamaru said, since Hyper Training only works with Lvl100 Pokémon, there needs to be a facility or a feature that helps us train our Pokémon, either rematching trainers or challenging new ones =D

This!! I think the PWT was a perfect example of a way to appeal to folks with nostalgia and even moreso with those who love battling since (if I'm correct on this) the PWT, at least to me, was really challenging (or maybe I'm just not that good at 3v3, lmao) and enjoyable and I would love to see something similar in Sun & Moon as a way to re-match past Gym Leaders and Champions!

I agree too, I didn't get to play much of PWT because Black 2 was around the time where I was a bit sick of Pokemon, but it's definitely one of the coolest features in any Pokemon game and it also provides a great challenge, the Gym Leaders seem their toughest there since it's basically like a mini Battle Frontier, and it even has Rental modes and Mono Type battles I belive, and a mode where you switch one of your Pokemon with the trainer, which seemed awesome. I would LOVE for this to return, with the addition of Gen 6+7 Mons, trainer customization, great graphics and being able to see EVERY gym leader and champion with 3D models would be amazing. I'd assume there are a lot of boats around Alola so maybe one can take you to Driftveil? Alola and Unova could be very close to each other.

I think either the VS. Seeker or Trainer calling should return. Gen 5 had no way to rematch trainers (what is this, Gen 1??) and Gen 6 only had the Battle Chateau, which was useful with the Audino ladies for leveling up, so I hope Gen 7 has a system in place that makes leveling easy Post-game. It was refreshing in ORAS to see a good Rematch system again.

I reeeeeeally want them to bring back the VS. Seeker, it is like my all time favourite removed feature. We probably won't see it return considering how Platinum was the most recent game it was in. I think something similar would really work, though. Having the option to re-battle trainers really takes the edge of some of the grueling training sessions you end up going through from time to time. The only real alternative is wild battles, they can get tedious after a short period of time. u_u

don't care if it's the Vs. Seeker or not, I just want rematches. (but if it's like the pokegear that would suck.) I think ORAS or the Vs. Seeker had it just right.

It would be even more better if a rematchable trainer had something like Chansey line or Audino since people love killing those things for level grinding.

Tbh though, what will most likely be the case is that the Rotom-Dex will probably show you which trainers are re-matchable in a given route, which is fine enough by me.

A rematch system similar to the Hoenn games wouldn't be a bad idea.

There really isn't much need for the Vs. Seeker as an Item when ORAS introduced the Trainer-Seeker-system-thing. I hope a similar feature makes a return (with the inclusion of Gym Leader Rematches) or we see something similar to the Battle Chateau except the Gym Leaders/E4/Champion use proper rematch teams in them.

I'm also not opposed to the PWT in any way, but I don't want to get my hopes up on it when it's a facility in an incredibly similar vein to the Battle Frontier (competitive-level battling).
