PokeMon Series on DVD in UK?

    Hello, this is my first post! :)
    Anyone where or even when a Region 2 DVD set of the PokeMon series is around? I really want to get the first few ones but as I can only find Region 1 it's putting me off.

    Dvd, what do you mean dvd? You'll only find the first series in video format. Check ebay, they'll have some. But for the best prices, have a look around some charity shops and car boot sales, they're always there, and always cheap.

    Probably more expensive than in charity shops but for the quality of them, and the convinience of getting them all at once this is best. Now all you have to worry about is me out bidding you ;)

    Amazon only has region 1 dvd sets

    I think that we should get in contact with someone and see if they will re-release the original series and the other up to the current ones in uk!

    I had that problem too, but it was mainly with the films. and also I can't buy an awesome anime I like called cardcaptors
     
    Well last year Network DVD released the Rise of Darkrai movie, and I think they said they'd release Diamond and Pearl volume one and Indigo League volume one, but that never happened :\
     
    It's stupid! It's been weeks and all I can find is Region 1 DVDs!

    That is right it's been a year now since Rise of Darkrai has been released on dvd through Network DVD and still nothing..

    And @Pokéthan..

    There is NO Pokemon series released on dvd here in Region 2 (UK) Only the Movies and thats Movies 1,2,3,4,5,6,10 still awaiting 11 but this may not happen and were expecting to get D&P Box sets and Season 1 boxsets but no news and its been a year since it was announced, maybe there wasent many sales on the 10th movie so they scrapped the idea.

    If you reall want to get them on dvd you must buy Viz Boxsets Region 1.
    They have Season 1,2,5,6,9,10,11 on boxsets and the other seaons on indaviudal dvd volumes but hopefully they will make them onto boxsets soon.

    You could try Australian Dvds as they are PAL region and they will work on our dvd players they call there boxsets super wallets or something but I dont like the way they have put the episodes on boxsets but thats up to you.
