Pokemon Legacys: New Story

Hello this is Kitsune Link. I was previously working on a hack called Pokemon Ruby the Parody but that failed. Before all of that there was this one idea I had for a game that would really be neat. Pokemon Legacys. I was actually working on this almost completely by myself and the result was me pretty much dumping the idea and the hack itself. There is still a beta of what it once was but now that failed. This will be a complete overhaul of pokemon gold and will appeal to both Pokemon Fans and Zelda Fans alike.

Story:
You are a 18 year old boy/girl who lives in a mysterious kingdom. One day when you were out walking through the field you came across an odd creature. When you reached out to touch it you blacked out. You awoke in an unfamiliar place in a strange new world. You don't remeber who you are or where you came from. You were taken in by a woman who lives in the reigion of Manko where you appeared at. You were then raised for some time since you appeared there. You became accustomed to the Creatures that are called pokemon and everything else in that world. You now have a dream. To become the Manko Pokemon Master and Champion. But one day you visit professer gary oak. He tells you that you are an orphan and that you have much more to learn about yourself and where you came from. Now you set off on a quest to not only become the master of pokemon but to discover your true self and your hidden abilites. May your quest be a great one.

Locations:
Manko and one suprise location.

Sprites:
New hero and Heroine sprites.

Music: All new!

Places: New for the Reigions.

Battles: Plenty of them.

Now right now there isnt going to be an alpha or beta out as I have just started it up. I can't tell you what is happening but I am still in a writing stage as of now.

Staff:

One last thing! We still need someone to make music from scratch and put it into the game like in Pokemon Prism. So if anyone wants the job please PM me or you can contact one of the members.

Just to be nice I am going to put what was of Pokemon Legacys. It used to be called pokemon legends but it wasnt a big project at the time. Also I will put for you a map of manko. (Though it isnt a pretty one.) and a number guide for the towns and locations in Manko.

Sorry agian no beta but there will be an alpha probably by hopefully this summer.

Sorry but I only know how to change the text on the game using poketext. I am not advanced at all. its too hard for me. I got a staff for that! But I still have ta do a bunch of stuff on their anyways.

Trust me people this game will be good. Youll see. I hope this becomes big enough to get an award or something like that. But we'll just wait n see.

But isn't it kind of... cliche? I mean:
An orphan having hidden powers = Naruto
Waking up in a strange world = Many other games, shows, and anime
I'm not saying it will be bad, It might be fun, I'm just saying this is a story I've heard before. The another reason I say it's cliche is because of the lack of features, but this could be a good hack, good luck.

Well...its not Naruto or DBZ so thats not the point of it. This is all I can think of. I think it sounds nice and cool...even if it does sound a bit odd. Um by the way....the strange world is the world of POKEMON!

I know that, in the story you say you wake up in a strange world, I was just quoting you, and I never said it WAS Naruto, but that... wait, how does the professor know you were orphaned if you're in a strange new world, and in the story, you never clarify that you live in a non-pokemon world to begin with, there are some spaces that need filling in the story. I just don't think you should be giving such positive feedback on you're own hack, it's just not right. Well... good luck :).

I will fix the story but if you want to know so badly why he knew. Well thats just a secret. Its a surprise why he knows...Which by the way the Prof is Gary Oak off of the Anime series. And also if you want to you can help fill in the gaps by making a few suggestions. I give you that privlage then dude.
