on 6 island in the sevii island at the dotted hole were you have to cut it down but i have a problem there is a guy infront of it and he will not move dose any one know what i have to do

You have to beat the Rockets who are in the cave in Four Island before. Beat them, and that guy should move. If he doesn't, then go to Five Island and check the door of the Rocket Warehouse, and then the guy MUST disappear.
