[Pokemon Emerald] Flying Spots won't let me Fly to them

    For some reason, even after I have beaten the Elite 4, neither of the Ever Grande Flight spots become available to fly to, meaning I would have to make a trek from Mossdeep through Victory Road every time I wanted to get there. Anyone know why the Flight spots won't show up? They are still there when i check Advance Map, so I'm wondering whether I have accidentally deleted a Map Script or Event or something that triggers them.

    Currently, Ever Grande only has 1 map script.
