Pokemon Crystal rom hack

Hello, attached is my admittedly amateur pokemon crystal rom hack. i chose pokemon crystal because it is one of my favorite pokemon game in the series. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
wild encounter changes: wild pokemon encounters have been changed massively in both johto and kanto, some early game pokemon that you can catch before the 1st gym for example are sandshrew, mareep,poliwag, sunkern, abra, and both nidoran male and female. all pokemon can be obtained in my rom whether through wild encounters or ingame trade.
Trainers: all trainers, gym leaders, team rocket and elite 4 have been reworked and have been given increased difficulty in level ups, moves and held items, team rocket especially since in the og game they were underleveled.
tms: several tm moves have been changed; tm 31 is now wing attack instead of mudslap for example.
