Pokemon character theme songs

    This is my first real thread, and it is about theme songs for pokemon characters

    Basically, this is what songs the fans think fit a character

    The ways I have it is this;

    (character's name)- (song(s)) ((what it's from of the artist(s)))
    reason: (reason you chose the song(s))(optional)

    My Themes for Characters:

    Dawn- Believe in myself (Sonic Adventure 1 version and sonic adventure 2 version)
    Reason: I listened to it one day and I was thinking about Dawn and it fit, Like the foxboy it's about Dawn wants to be strong, trusted, cool, she wants to be the the best she can, etc.

    Ash- Escape from the city (Sonic adventure 2)

    Paul- Catch me if you can (sonic riders version and sonic riders zero gravity version
    Reason: Basically the song(s) is gloaty and Paul acts like he's better than everyone else, nuff' said.

    May- Fly in the Freedom (Sonic adventure 2)

    Darkrai- Unawakened Float (sonic and the secret rings)
    Reason: My reason for choosing this song is his personality in the movie

    Arceus- It has come to this (sonic and the secret rings)

    Dialga- The white of sky (sonic and the secret rings) /or/ Poison Spear (sonic and the secret rings)
    Reason: Time

    Mewtwo- The Supernatural (sonic adventure 2)
    Reason: 1. he is the superclone of Mew, 2. he is that powerful

    YOU CANNOT JUST APPLY EVERY SONIC SONG YOU LIKE TO POKEMON. IF YOU WANT TO APPLY THEME SONGS, AT LEAST TRY TO COVER A FEW MORE GENRES THEN "SONIC TEAM" AND "CRUSH 40". AND NO, NOBODY WILL BUY THE RIGHTS TO SONICHU. EVER.

    The Chris-chan reference was due to the infamous obsession with merging Sonic and Pokemon (Sonichu).

    Seriously though, to only pick Sonic music for Pokemon characters' theme songs seems quite lazy... and suspicious. There's a limit to how variable one person's music can become, and when you factor in the number and variability of personalities in the Pokemon world, you need to start picking different artists and styles to be accurate.

    And I have heard all of these songs. I recommend you listen to music that isn't found on video game OSTs, and then you will begin to understand why you can't just match every Pokemon character's personality with one of J. Senoue's songs.

    Your birth into the world of Music (note the capitalization) shall be heralded by Iron Maiden, because they're awesome.

    Pretty straightforward.

    Mewtwo: Imperial March (Metallica)
    Mewtwo = Darth Vader

    Darkrai: The Dark Eternal Night (Dream Theater)
    "Out of the blackness, chaos...trapped in a hellish dream..." The song and band name are pretty relevant, too.

    Arceus: Also Sprach Zarathustra- Remix (Symons90)
    Words cannot describe the awesome.
     
    Theme for pokemon charaters, eh?
    I have a good one:
    Lance, Steven &/or Cynthia's theme:
    "Heart of a champion" by Carman.
    These 3 are the champs until ya give them the boot...
    anyways, because they are champions, this song, by a cristian artist,
    would fit them for it's simply about never giving up,
    the act of having the heart of a champion.
    I did not add Wallance, for I don't care much about him at all...
    STEVEN SHOULD'VE STAYED THE CHAMP IN EMERALD!!!
    (At least Wallance being champ brought Juan into existence...)
    & I might think of more themes...
