    Smitom

Smitom is a special Rotom in Smitty form, one of the game's unique characters. His true form exists within The Void, and he serves as both a guide and mysterious figure throughout your journey. Interact with Smitom when an exclamation mark appears or save your game to receive special rewards!

    Credits!

PokéVoid wouldn't exist without the brilliant foundation of PokeRogue. I've spent countless sleepless nights (at a age I'm not supposed to do that at anymore) completely hooked on PokeRogue, losing track of time as I dove deeper into its perfectly balanced mechanics and captivating gameplay. Days blurred together as I found myself unable to put it down, constantly thinking 'just one more run' until the sun rose again.

Even after I 100%-ed everything the game had to offer, I still couldn't tear myself away - that's when the idea for PokéVoid emerged. Where PokeRogue stands as a shining beacon of what a Pokémon roguelike should be, PokéVoid attempts to venture into the shadows, bringing a touch of beautiful chaos and corruption to that near-perfect formula.

My heartfelt thanks to the exceptional team behind PokeRogue - their thoughtful design, attention to detail, and commitment to creating an extendable framework made it possible for passionate fans like me to build upon their remarkable work. The fact that they created such a solid foundation allowed me to experiment and 'break things' in ways that somehow still work, which speaks volumes about the quality of their codebase. This project would never have been possible without their innovative vision. As such If you enjoy features like daily runs, mystery encounters, fun themed events, challenge modes, splice mode, endless mode, and much much more - please visit the OG pokerouge.net - they truly deserve recognition for making the game that inspired it all.

Here's another Pokevoid new glitch pokemon [Scyther's Reaper Evolution: Thanator]

Personally, I love how Thanator came out, its what may have happened had scyther continued its path to become a Shinigami / Reaper, rather than changing its course and adopting other weapon styles (Pincher / Axe). Let me know what you think!

    New Pokemon Glitch Evolution Showcase:
    Thanator

[PokeCommunity.com] Pokévoid: Where Any Pokémon Can Be Legendary [Pokerogue Hack]

    is this game complete?

at this point, I'd say the game status is post release beta, the game is very feature rich - various modes to unlock, has an endgame, over 150+ new poke evolutions and 400+ new abilities to unlock, interesting meta breaking items, quests and bounties, a meta-item system - all implemented and fully playable! Very easy (for me) to sink alot of hours into (:

that being said, there's still updates that will likely need to be made - game breaking bugs lurking in the shadows, QoL updates that make sense, and potentially other game modes, items, abilities that would be fun to incorporate, that's why I tagged it [Released], as there may be more updates in the future!

    Could you fix the abilities???
for example, my Darmanitan with water absorb taking damage from water moves, or weather abilities not applying unless the pokemon is killed, sometimes it looks like they only work if i revive my pokemon and even then some of them refuse to work.

Also, most biomes don't stay for 10 rounds, for some reason they change after 4 or 5.

Game was great without any bugs happening tho.

Had a couple of runs, some better than others, with even one being completed.
Pretty fun, even a little unfair at times, and it keeps me wondering what else is there in store.

    Couple of bugs:
    - The Ability Switcher is broken - all 4 times I tried to use it on any Pokemon, I get sent to a black screen and have to refresh.
    - I gave my Slakoth a custom ability of Soundproof. Then I casted an Ability Release from Yanma to give it Speed Boost. It kept Speed Boost after evolving into Vigoroth, but once it became Slaking it got Soundproof again. If the ability persisted at the first evolution, why'd it go back at the second one?
    - Don't know if this is a bug, but against Giovanni, Necrozma's Photon Geyser pierced through my Wonder Guard Dracovish and killed it. It didn't say anywhere that it has Mold Breaker/Teravolt/Turboblaze etc, and I don't recall Photon Geyser having a secondary effect that lets it ignore abilities.

Do Egg Vouchers do anything in this game? You can't select your starters the normal way, so I'm just a little confused. I stopped picking them up at one point.
    Thanks for your good work!

where I can find the info about the added evos so I would know how I can get them? and can I suggest evos for raichu and farfetched? these 2 were supposed to getting evos back in gen 1 and gen 2 but never had them farfetched do suck if it's not galarian
love your picks, unfortunately they currently don't have evolutions HOWEVER will definitely consider them come 2.0!

there isn't a list atm, but if you join discord, I'm more actively posting new pokedex entries there!

Also if you send me a bunch of your favorite pokemon, I can see which have new forms and make a pokedex entry for them!

very interesting - this sounds like a bug, typically the abilities work, the best way for me to patch up an issue is by checking it out directly, to this end if you send me your save I can see what's happening!

I need to see if it's a passive ability not trigging, a swapped ability, or a party ability --- think the party abilities have the highest chance of not working, but it can definitely occur due to some lurking bug!

do note, just in case, abilities (other than party abilities) do not stack, this means if you used a passive ability and then got another one and applied it to the same pokemon they wont have that ability anymore!

Example: Darmanitan -> Apply Water Absorb as Passive -> Then Apply Reckless as Passive -> Reckless swaps out Water Absorb!

In regards to biome changes - that's by design! Every time a biome changes:

    1. you no longer retain your stat boosts
    2. different pokemon / trainers / bosses

I wanted it to be more dynamic!

Thanks so much for your feedback, if possible, please either post your save here or on discord in the bug / issue channel, and I'll check it out when I'm off from work or during my break if possible!

love that you're enjoying it Necro, there's alot in there! keep unlocking new modes to dive deeper into the Void!

also, thanks so much for finding some lurking bugs!

    - ability switcher: there was a bug before that if a pokemon only had 1 ability the game would crash - fixed that the other day, so don't think that's it - if possible, to send over your save and console (control + i in chrome) the next time it happens I can check out what's going on!

    - vigoroth / slaking ability bonanza: very interesting! it sounds like the 1st ability got priority during the 2nd evolution, even though the opposite occurred during the first evolution - hmm, and per what you mentioned it doesn't sound like it was due to applying a passive and separate regular ability --- I'll have to test this out - if by chance you have a save prior to evolution please send it over (no worries if you don't!)

    - draco pierced wonder guard: necro you're making some broken pokemon and I love it - a wonder guard dracovish sounds like alot of fun! so this one actually isn't a bug, it's a dragon / water type (sorry I had to). photon geyser actually ignores abilities! That would have completely caught me off guard too!

Egg Vouchers: absolutely, Rogue mode lets you draft pokemon, the next mode(s) you unlock let you use the pokemon you caught / hatched to form a team (including fusions!)

There's unlock hints on each mode, let me know if you need a more helpful hint ;)
If you haven't joined discord, please come on by, and if you encounter a bug shoot it over to me and I'll do my best to check it out when I can!

    cheers!

hopefully these help as much as they hurt to implement :)

i sugget raichu evolution based on gorochu you might not know but raichu was supposed to be middle stage an evolution or mega for this pokemon could fill the missing void
[PokeCommunity.com] Pokévoid: Where Any Pokémon Can Be Legendary [Pokerogue Hack]

I actually saw it the other day, very cool - will definitely consider it! maybe a touch of divine thunder god appearence - like Enel from One Piece (:
if you have ideas for its 3 broken abilities - lmk, there's also a place in the discord for suggestions - you can post it here / there

[PokeCommunity.com] Pokévoid: Where Any Pokémon Can Be Legendary [Pokerogue Hack]

PS: there's actually a Raichu Mimikyu unlockable evolution in the game, while it's not the same as new mega evolution - it does in a way appreciate raichu rather than the typical route of ignoring its existence

maybe rock head then it can spam volt tackle without worrying of reciol damage and would be be even better if it had similar moves for it huge power or if there is equilvant but with sp.attack then just having it will make its attack power higher and mold breaker since it could passaby abilties electric surge can fitt beacuse of gorochu s base being thunder god/guardian
