The problem with spritecrafts or Minecraft sprites is that most of it is just copying an existing sprite and putting it into the game pixel-by-pixel according to the colour of the wool or block. I'm highly confident that the start screen there is very close if not exactly to the original title screen considering the method used to create it in the video.
Why sprite in Minecraft if you can do it in Photoshop or Paint? The answer: to simply replicate an existing sprite into the game for show. Regardless, this showcase only has one example. I commend you for your great effort as I would imagine it took an hour or two, but rules state that you require 4 examples for a showcase.
For now I won't accept Minecraft screenshots/videos of sprites, but I will have to take a look over this category.

However, if Minecraft was used as a 'program' for pixel art and custom pixel art (basically meaning original pixel art that involves a design of your own) is created, then I will allow it. But keep in mind if that was the case I would do extra Googling of sorts to make sure it's legit.
