This is a ROM hack of Pokémon Fire Red based on the OM Tier Shift.
If you've never heard of it before, Tier Shift is a metagame where Pokémon get a boost depending on their tier in Smogon. This is basically the same thing, bit different because of how different tiers work in Gen 3. RU doesn't exist mainly. There are 5 noteworthy tiers here - OU, UU, NU, PU and ZU. So let me explain the given boosts.
OU - No stat boosts.
UU/UUBL - +10 in every stat (where most Kanto Pokémon fall)
NU - +20 in every stat.
PU - +30 in every stat.
ZU - +40 in every stat.
Unevolved Pokémon aren't affected by this to balance things a bit, even if they are in the specific tier. This doesn't mean Golbat, Porygon, etc. aren't affected though. Onix is a special case here too, as it's in LC but can't be evolved. So I gave it +50 in every stat, leading to an absurdly powerful first boss, but it's balanced out by Butterfree getting +40 in every stat.
Other notable things:
- Seaking has over 100 in every stat now
- Wigglytuff is actually really good
- I did not test this
Anyway, I've released it now, so for the Other Metagame fans here, enjoy Gen 3 OU's Tier Shift!
