Seems to me like you're biting off a little ore than you can chew. Seems like you're expecting to be able to find hundreds of tools for this game like there are for the advanced gen. Chances are that there aren't any specifically made for the game.

So what you'll need to do is open up a tile editor tile TLP or Tile Molester, get yourself a hex editor and learn to use a debugger to find images and other things.

You would have to extend the rom so you could add all that stuff
If you were to replace everything with DP graphics then it might work

I stopped at the "making tools" part.

If you know where the info and everything is, you needn't make tools, it'll waste your time into the hack. Well, it could be helping people, I guess. :\

Oh well. I just need to ask, are you a beginner to hacking?
