    This is the Generation 8 PBS files for all Standard Pokémon 2020 version.

    What this pack includes?

    1. All Generation 8 Species
    2. Alternate Forms for all Species
    3. All abilities
    4. All moves
    5. All items used on my testing environement (Including Utility Umbrella and Mints)
    6. Dex Entries for alt forms

    What this pack doesn't include?

    1. Galarian Forms
    2. Gigantamax Forms bar the special version of G-Max (Eternamax Eternatus)
    3. Regional Form PBS files
    4. The Shape property on PBS files (You need to figure out yourself for that in the meantime)
    5. Anything not PBS related (Bar some scripts for Essentials V16 alt forms)
    6. Non-Gen8 data (Can be found on other places on PokéCommunity) meaning it won't work without implementing Gen6 and Gen7 PBS data
    These can be used for free on any Project. Kore specific features such as Applin's held item are not included but can be added if you want. Just not giving them for now.

    What each file means? (Bold is for Pokémon Essentials V17 only, Italics is for Pokémon Essentials V16 only)

    1. Gen8-Abilities = All abilities
    2. Gen8-Items = Some of the items (All of them I did)
    3. Gen8-Morphes = pokemonforms.txt for Gen8 Pokémon
    4. Gen8-Moves = All moves
    5. Gen8-Pokémon = All Pokémon (Must be edited for V17 support)
    6. Gen8-Scripts (Thekaepta) = Form Script data
    7. Gen8-Scripts (Thekaeksi) = Form Script data

    Hi! I made a tm.txt with all of the new TMs and TRs listed, and all of the Pokémon that either are confirmed to learn them or are 99.9% likely to learn them due to getting them as level-up or egg moves or via Move Tutor in previous games.

    I also made a simple list of move differences between forms, mostly the regional variants, covering the new 8th gen TMs and TRs, and some TMs and Move Tutors from 7th gen for older Pokémon. Should be able to copy-paste into Pokemon_Forms script.

    Since it's a PBS file, is here the most appropriate place to post it?

    Hi Everybody! This Pack is improving by giving to you the IoA moves, TM compats and Pokémon. This does not include alternate forms or Items. Free to use!

    Yeah, there's plenty of strange entries in the TM file, such as:
    Code:
    SBC,PYRAMID,CANDYCRUSH,CANDYCRUSHPLUS,YATALU,GEGOK,BIN10,DOLPHIN,FENIX,FENPLUS,AQUARIUMSMILE,SMIPLUS,WIKITECH

    Hi, I saw the error once again. This included:
    • Kubfu, Urshifu, and Zarude's Number Dex is 891, 892, and 893 not 1141, 1142, and 1143.
    • Kubfu must evolve into Urshifu when being trained defeating either the Single Strike Tower or Rapid Strike Tower not High Friendship.
    • The body shape must be added since Pokémon HOME released.
    • Urshifu's Rapid Strike Style is missing.

    Also I add the Galarian Forms which is already correct so far, excluding Galarian forms of Legendary birds, and Slowking, and new Pokémon from The Crown Tundra which is going to be released soon.

    If I use this for my game do I have to give you credit?

    [PokeCommunity.com] Pokémon Essentials Generation 8 PBS files (Now with Isle of Armor)

    Awesome! Do I need to give credit for that?

    Also where are the Gen 6 and 7 sprites? I just realized I'm missing those too when I tried to give the Flying gym leader a Talonflame.

    Rule of thumb: Always give credit to anything you didn't make yourself.

    I don't understand why people have such an issue with giving credit for using someone else's stuff. It literally just involves typing out one line like this
    Credits:
    Resource Name - Creator Name
    I don't think that's too hard for any creator to add to their game.

    EDITED: My poor English made it seem like I as against the idea of giving credit for using resources. I believe 100% that you should give credit for any resource you use in your game, whether its a big battle system or a small script change.

    It is to make sure that you are not just stealing public resources as your own as other people spent time to make these resources.

    That's the point he was making.

    the missing urshifu:
    [URSHIFU-1]
    FormName=Rapid Strike Style
    Type1=FIGHTING
    Type2=WATER
    Moves=1,SURGINGSTRIKES,1,AQUAJET,1,ROCKSMASH,1,LEER,1,ENDURE,1,FOCUSENERGY,12,AERIALACE,16,SCARYFACE,20,HEADBUTT,24,BRICKBREAK,28,DETECT,32,BULKUP,36,IRONHEAD,40,DYNAMICPUNCH,44,COUNTER,48,CLOSECOMBAT,52,FOCUSPUNCH

    Sent a fixed version of IoA TM.txt that removes Qoremon that were accidentally left while uploading that file. Please use that one instead

    Also fixes dex numbers for IoA Pokémon so as not to use Qore's index number
