    Pokémon Dream World Diary

    Version 0.1 DEMO
    (6/26/2024):
Today marks the 20th anniversary of Yume Nikki, so I'm sharing my progress on this passion project!

Pokémon Dream World Diary is a reimagining of Kikiyama's RPG Maker game, Yume Nikki, but with Pokémon elements! Explore the dreams of a shut-in girl named Madotsuki. Equip her with different effects you'll find throughout the Dream World. These effects will change her appearance. Some of these effects may have secondary functions, like the ability to make it rain, light up dark caves, or teleportation back to safety.

In the version 0.1 demo, the following locations are implemented:
    Madotsuki's Bedroom (Real & Dream)
    Madotduki's Balcony (Real & Dream)
    The Nexus
    Neon World (WIP)

Most doors in the Nexus lead to locations from FireRed. They are arranged as a demonstration of what a Yume Nikki-based Pokémon hack might play like.

All implemented effects can be found in the Nexus. In a full release, these would be scattered throughout the Dream World.

    Content Warning:

This hack may feature disturbing themes, including body horror, violence, depression, and suicide as it is based off Yume Nikki.

    Player disgression is advised.
