Pikachu's birthday card - question

I have a pikachu's birthday card, but when looking for the price of it online on eBay, I cannot find any cards that have a similar mark to the one on mine (theres a gold pikachu tail in the left hand corner of the card under the picture, where if a card was to have first edition that's where it would be)

Could it be that the card is first edition or something else? And is it worth the same amount as other pikachu birthday cards?

That Birthday Pikachu is from the Pikachu World Collection that was given out at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. That complete collection is worth between $30 and $40.

The Birthday Pikachu from that collection by that metric is supposed to be worth only a fraction of that, but people keep trying to sell it for upwards of $20 (over half the value of the collection!), though all those auctions have failed. It's probably at most worth $10, but most likely only $3 to $5. That collection is viewed by many collectors as a single item.
