    SPOILER!!!!!

Anyone else a little dissapointed that all of your pokemon from previous games have to not only be caught again, but they have to be caught with the Pal Park Balls?? I am going to have a team of pokemon all with the same type of ball. I know its not really more than a detail but, its kinda stupid to have your entire old teams in these

    [PokeCommunity.com] Pal Park BALLS??

Uh-oh! T_T Anyone know if u can still apply Pokéball stickers to these?

Why would you be so frustrated that they would not be in their original balls?

    I wouldn't really mind.

    Have fun!

do park balls have a 100 per cent catch rate?

Hey, I just checked my Pearl Version, and the Pokemon I brought over from my Emerald version are still in their original balls.

It seems like the Pal Park Ball acts as a mere capture device.

Good i wouldn't want my Absol to all cooped up in a Pal park ball. It would make me sad.

Especially since camouflauge on a Pokéball is pretty lame! xD

Does Pal Park take the pokemon off the original game? Also, are you able to catch the pokeon multiple times? Thirdly, are you able to trade pokemon back?

    1) Yes. 2) No. 3) No.

If you transfer a Pokémon over to Diamond or Pearl, it will be removed from the GBA game you transferred it from and stored in the Pal Park.

Once you catch it, it will be transferred to your Box and will be gone from the Park. Thus you can only catch it once.

You are not able to transfer your Pokémon back to the GBA games from D/P, so think wisely which you transfer over.

Yes it takes it from the original game, it's just like trading with someone else except for the fact that you doing it by yourself. Depends on what you mean, if you mean the same Pokemon from the same game then no i don't think so. But if you mean something like getting a lvl23 zizagoon from emerald, then getting a lvl 67 of that same TYPE of Pokemon, then i think so. No i know for a fact that it is only one way, from GBA to D/P, not D/P to GBA because the pokemon in D/P are new and also will be coded differently with new graphics mainly because it IS new. Hope i helped.

Actually, it does get the data from your GBA cartridge and gives you the EXACT same Pokémon from your old game (theyve been trying to make things modular these days ^_^), so itll have same level, same nature, same hold item, same IVs, EVs, etc, and if its shiny, itll even be shiny in D/P!

But if you can transfer 6 at a time then how does your GBA game compensate for having all six party pokemon taken at once?

It's from the box, not the party.

if you swap a pokemon that evolves when traded from emerald fire red or leafgreen will it be in its evolved form when traded?

No, it won't evolve, simply because it's not getting traded. It will be transferred, so it will be copied exactly as it is.
