Our favorite resident Oshawott, Hikamaru,
has been in PokéCommunity for 4 years.
She has been one of the most helpful around The Welcome Lounge,
and also one of the best members around in PokéCommunity, too!
I'm so glad that she has made it past one year of PC veteranship,
and I hope she will stay for years to come!

It has definitely been proven I am the top percentage of my species, next thing I want is Game Freak to make Oshawott the signature mon of Youngster Joey because let's face it, Rattata is so 1996. And awww that's so sweet to have viewed me as a member you've looked up to, I really appreciate it.

Yeah, dragons are cool but Oshawott are so much cuter! I have learned so much from you and I'm sure that could one day pay off spectacularly, and I'm sure that I'll keep going to great lengths to teach what I've been taught to those who step into this community every day. I remember when you were still a newbie to this forum, when you were still Hikari10. Our interactions weren't that much, but you were probably one of the few people that I still remember. I remember when you were following my account over at dA, which was how the two of us get to know each other.

And you were also the only one to welcome me back in TWL last year (yeah, you're all terrible :'<), and upon a couple of interactions (and a bit of memory jogging) I found out it was the same Oshawott girl I befriended back at 2012. Except that you've changed a lot since when I last saw you. It's like how you said, "my pre-2013 posts were cringe-worthy", and I was around during that time so the sudden change after 1 year did surprise me.

This post is getting long haha. Anyway, congrats again for sticking around for 4 years, and here's to many more~

Ah yes that fateful encounter on DeviantArt... I don't really remember it, and I since moved on from the site, but the friendship stuck and that is a thing. But one thing we both know is that 2011 Hikari is so drastically different from 2015 Hikari.

Anyways, thanks you little sweetheart and I still recall that moment where I welcomed you back from that long hiatus you took all that time ago.

I know that it's been good for me, and I'm happy with all the stuff I've done and getting appreciated for it, whether it'd be helping the new guys settle in, participating in discussions or sharing my musical taste.
