I was quickly checking trough my old gba series game Pokemon Fire Red verhe sion and found this old ladies house near the pokemon center on seven island. She reconsiles on her days as a trainer but behind her is a doorway blocked by a stack of boxes. If aproched and you press the A button it says that a brezee is blowing out from behind the boxes. I really want to know what is behind that doorway blocked by boxes. Also I also want to known the true meaning of the Altering Cave does it really "alter", what is the mystery behind it? If you reallyknow the anwser to one or two of these questions please anwser HONESTLY I must know the soultion to this puzzle that has been troubling me for ages!

    Thank you,

Ever hear of the e-reader? The machine that you would hook up to your gameboy advance and then slash cards through it to get stuff. In Pokemon cgames you could slash cards through it to battle trainers and I think also to get Pokemon. That's where you would go, behind those boxes. Although I think that was only in the japanese version but I don't know.
As for the altering cave. Yes, yes it does. It alters depending on what the time is.
    Thanks for asking.

There is a room inside the blocked door way, I looked into it on the rom hack I was doing I think.

The room holds a realy powerful trainer.
The house is also in R/S in mossdeep (the house that is the wirless mini games place in E) and E in Stropolis ( somewhere to the left of the pokemon center). I think that the old lady is an old man in these games and the boxes are changed for trees.

I think this is false. Many people have used the walk through walls cheat, and there is nothing there.

    This is true.

If you buy an E-Card + E-Reader, put it in a GBA, then link it to another GBA with R/S/E/FR/LG, you could battle trainers behind those boxes, and the reason to why there is nothing there when you WTW-AR through those boxes is that the E-Card built it temporarily...
That's a LOT of Nintendo Products you had to buy to get that...
    # GBA(/SP) x2 = ~2000-2500:-
    # GBA Link Cable = 250:-
    # ECard Reader = ~500:-
    # Pokemon FR/LG/R/S/E = 600:-
    (prices in Swedish Crowns)
    = ~3850:- (a LOT of money!)

Even more ca$h to Nintendo... and you had to buy the cards too!

The Altering cave worked the same

I think this is false. Many people have used the walk through walls cheat, and there is nothing there.

Actually, if you use walk-through-walls in Emerald, it gives you another one of Nintendo/Game Freak's "HA HA, YOU CHEATED! NOW WE'RE TORTURING YOU!" glitches.

Inside the room in Sootopolis, the trainer inside will be a hiker, just like the man in the house. When you talk to him, you'll get this message:

    ??? ??? ???
    ??? ??? ???
    ??? ??? ???

Then you'll hear that EARDRUM SHATTERING freezing noise, and the message keeps scrolling, repeating the same thing over and over on its own. Keeps going until you turn the game off.
