    Okay, so the way she treats people is totally uncalled for. Like poor Ash, all he wants to do is speak his mind about pikachu and his fellow friends, and suddenly Officer Jenny will come along and be like "That's illeagel, i'm cover your mouth with tape and if you ever say anything like that again--You're goan die." Psh... i bet she works with Team Rocket and all of them.

    What do you think?

    I think the only true nice characters are Ash, Nurse Joy, Misty (Yeah that whiney bee) and Gary.

    But reallly, gary is the man.
     
    I think officer jenny is a good person.
     
    But which of these characters do you find more appropriate to suit ash's needs as a pokemon trainer? Nurse Joy or Officer Jenny?

    Officer Jenny sucks because her voice is annoying. And I mean annoying to THE MAX. And she's a bad cop who jumps to conclusions too fast but does squat about real criminals (team rocket).

    Officer Jenny: Yay, your Pikachu blasted Team Rocket off! Now I don't have to worry about arresting them and I can go back to eating donuts all day and playing with my dogs!
     
    when did Officer Jenny tape u pAsh's nouth? I'm not a big fan of the anime, but I don't remember that happening...

    God...you people really seem to like to over think ti all Oo It's a childrens TV show I'm sure none of this is actually holding true, that creators thought nothing of this when making it. And it all has a VERY different meaning coming from Japan.

    But for real, i'm not actually calling her a fascist and putting a bursh mustasche on her and making her rule with an iron fist and claim all of eastern europe, i'm just saying in relation to other charecters she always assumes wrong and makes Ash and the good guys suffer when she should be going affter the other guys... Nurse Joy is actually awesome though, she's my buddy.
     
    I get what you're saying, but this is a children's show though. It really shouldn't be thought about on this level, that kills the fun of the show...or it does for me. ^^; Wait...working for whom?Oo

    The Japanese, silly =P.

    And the fun died about 6 years ago for me... but i don't mean to be ruining your fun, appoligies if so. I got so tired of Jessie and James, that it totally ruined the show.
     
    Have you actually checked the show out lately? The Johto series is what killed many fans off....I know it turned me off for a LONG time, but the I caught the end of it and I got back into it.

    Way to judge a character by their English voice. ~~;

    And if you actually paid attention, you'd notice they've been after the Aqua and Magma Gangs as well and HAVE been doing police work. The problem with the Rocket Gang is that they're a SECRETIVE group that doesn't do anything out in the open where everyone knows it's them. They do things quietly and no one finds out it's the Rocket Gang that's responsible until the end. Take the St. Anne for example.
     
    Well, there was that one Jenny in one of those Johto episodes where Ash still had the Phanpy egg (I couldn't be any more vague) who didn't do a thing. She was supposedly some detective, but it turns out the twerps end up finding and solving the clues on their search for Team Rocket.

    Not that it's important, but the only people I've seen the police take down are Butch and Cassidy. There was also that guy in the "Wayward Wobbuffet" episode, but he was a joke.

    Yeah, it's real cute when she takes sitting on her *** seriously. It's like "Officer Jenny, someone is trying to steal my pokemon." "SHUT UP KID! I'm sitting here solving a very important case, i can't be bothered with such petty things." Meanwhile she shoves another donut in the back of her mouth.
     
    It's the fact that the 'Pokemon League' is the governing body of the world. It's basically like a dictatorship if you think about it.

    And let me give you a bit of Jade's opinion. He's the leader of Team Dark for those of you who don't know.

    Jade: "I mean, they actually made it LEGAL... LEGAL!!!... to capture animals out of the wild-their habitat, train them to be killing machines, and then pit them against each other in battles where death is a certain possibility, to see which of their 'Human' Trainers is the best. If I'm insane for thinking there's something wrong with that concept, then commit me right here!"

    And here's the reason he wants to destroy the League.

    Jade: "The Pokemon League profits off of EVERYTHING related to Pokemon Training, Pokemon Battles, Pokemon Breeding, and Pokemon Contests, and gives the slogan 'Gotta Catch 'em All!', in order to draw children into this phenomenon. And I said Children, many of whom are under twelve. If that isn't a sick concept, I don't know WHAT is!"

    The reason I brought that up is that Officer Jennys really don't care about personal problems, as long as the rules of the 'Governing Pokemon League' are being followed. My conclusion: Officer Jenny is a soldier of the Pokemon League, the Empire governing the world. Of course she's going to think that way.

    (Look at how many times Ash has almost been arrested by an Officer Jenny for looking suspicious. That means there are other countries out there... Maybe ones not governed by the League...)

    Disclaimer: Don't get me wrong. Jade is a BAD guy. He may have a good point, but wiping out towns and cities to get what he wants still makes him a real villain. So he still needs to be stopped.
