    Could you post some nicknames for Pokemon, and also rate my teams nicknames, Typhlosion=Dynamo Gyrados=Kraken Hitmontop=Tornado Scizor=Sawblade Dragonite=Excalibur Alakazam=Confucius (chinese philosopher), thanks!
     
    What's really important is if you like them, but I'm actually quite found of your team's names. The only thing is that some of the names like Kraken and Excalibur are a bit cliche.

    These are my favorites...

    Snorlax=Tubs
    Porygon-Z=Zee
    Ninjask=Ninju
    Raikou=Zyper
    Heracross= +
    Staraptor=Whirly
    Electrode=Zappa
    Gliscor=Glice
    Breloom=Shroom
    Scizor=Zcythe

    Those were older Pokemon, now my names are jokes. ._.

    Lickilicky (Knows Explosion)=Boomer
    Houndoom=Rainbow
    Venamoth=Terminator
    Nidoking=Manlyman
    Jumpluff=Q-tip
    Palkia=Big Pink
    Spiritomb=10x10+4+4
    Jolteon= 9001 Volts
    Ambipom=4-Arms
    Crobat=/B/at
    Groudon=MrSunshine
     
    I normally named my Pokemon after famous musicians.

    Blaziken - Frusciante (John Frusciante, guitarist of Red Hot Chili Peppers)
    Infernape - Strummer (Joe Strummer, frontman of The Clash)
    Swampert - Hendrix (Jimi Hendrix)
    Vaporeon - Nico (Singer that collaborated with Velvet Underground)
    Gardevoir - Dido (Singer)
    Forretress - Bowie (David Bowie)
    Weavile - Flea (Bassist of Red Hot Chili Peppers)
    Starmie - Ringo (Ringo Starr, drummer of the Beatles... get it? ; ) )
    Vespiquen - Fitzgerald (Ella Fitzgerald)
    Machamp - Jagger - (Mick Jagger, frontman of the Rolling Stones. Kind of ironic because Mick is a pretty skinny guy)
    Electivire - Clapton (Eric Clapton of Cream)
    Ninjask - Waters (Roger Waters, bassist of Pink Floyd)

    Smeargle - Tschampel (Named after my favorite art professor)
    Magikarp - Shaboom (Okay, I normally named my Gyarados this in every generation, but now it's a Magikarp)
     
    Haha, I find myself naming my Pokemon after Bands/Famous singer's too!
    I've currently got:

    Blaziken - Justin (Justin Hawkins, formerly of The Darkness)
    Altaria - Biffy (Named after the band - Biffy Clyro)
    Flygon - Chemical (My Chemical Romance)
    Dialga - Him (HIM)
    Sceptile - Dan (Dan Hawkins, formerly of The Darkness)
     
    I don't nickname my Pokemon often or anymore at all. Even so, there is one nickname that I used when I was around 7 that I'm still proud of till this day. :p

    It was for my Onyx and I named it RocknRoll. I still feel like that's a pretty sweet name.
     
    I called my shiny espeon Celtic Sol which means Green sun.
    as shiny espeon is green and is a sun pokemon i thought it was awesome :D
