4th Gen Newmoon Island Darkrai Capture Speed?

    I was just wondering how fast everyone caught the Newmoon Island Darkrai that was released over Nintendo WFC (August 3rd - Sept. 13). I just caught mine about 5 minutes ago in 5 turns with 3 Pokeballs used. 0 Failed attempts.

    1. Electabuzz used Iron Tail.
    Darkrai used Double Team.
    2. Electabuzz used Iron Tail
    Darkrai used Faint Attack.
    Darkrai was Paralyzed.
    3. First Pokeball.
    Darkrai is gripped by paralysis.
    4. Second Pokeball
    Darkrai used Double Team
    5. Third Pokeball.
    Darkrai was captured.

    And yes, I do mean Pokeballs. Not great, ultra, etc.

    Greene used Master Ball. Darkrai was caught.
     
    I must admit that I also just used a masterball. ^^; I was lazy.
     
    1. Giratina used Dragon Pulse
    Darkrai used Double Team.
    2. Giratina used Cut
    Darkrai used Hypnosis (What ever its called)
    Mespirit used Yawn
    Darkrai used Double Team
    3. First Luxury Ball
    4. Second Luxury Ball
    5. Third Luxury Ball
    And this went on with me putting rai to sleep and then i caught him in my luxury ball (Same catch rate as pokeball)
    Dark rai was caught.
    Too bad i forgot to save so i used like 50 pokeballs total for nothing lol
     
    Nice job, Riggzyd :) But you didn't number your turns right, it seems. I figured it out though. How many Luxury Balls did you use?

    Raging Lucario: Very nice. Pokéballs just look a lot nicer than Ultra Balls to me :)

    Good job to whomever else wasted a Master Ball on him. It was an incredibly easy capture.
     
    Well when you have 30 Master Balls and you are SR'ing for a good nature, why not use a Master Ball?
     
    Well, I made a nice Smeargle to help me catch Pokemon so yeah.

    1. Smeargle used Spore.
    Darkrai is fast asleep.

    2. Smeargle used False Swipe.
    Darkrai is fast asleep.

    3. Smeargle used False Swipe.
    Darkrai is fast asleep. (1 Hp)

    4. -Insert Name Here- Threw a Pokeball.
    Darkrai was captured.

    I love my luck.

    Darkrai's move missed.

    Darkrai was damaged by poison.

    Luis used a Dusk Ball.

    Wild Darkrai was caught!

    Yep, that's about it.

    yeah, because everybody else has the same experience catching a pokemon with a catch rate of 3.

    i went through literally every ball i had on me and decided ot use my master ball,since i was transferring one from my ruby.

    @RickySlaughter: Nice. I'd be afraid to poison him. Then again, you can always SR and do it over if you remembered to save lol
     
    Oooh... I think I got a timid one. I don't know though. Any other battle logs to share?
     
    Hahaha i thought this would be hard but it was really easy. I used 2 dragon claws with Giratina and then i put him to sleep with Roserade Grass Whistle. Next thing i did was throw a pokeball at him and he didn't move. I threw a second one and bam caught easy as pie, he is rash nature i hope thats good.
     
    Nice job Larock. Same amount of turns as me and 2 less Pokeballs :P lol
     
    Thanks man i just wished i could get him ev trained from someone since i cant do it for crap i suck i would trade anything to have this guys fully ev trained.
     
    Lol I'm sure someone on this forum wouldn't mind doing it for you :) Or study up on your EV's and do it right yourself, but practice on something else first so you don't nurf it :D
