Need help verifying authenticity of childhood Pkémon card (Big Orbit says it's fake)

    Hey everyone,

I recently sent some of my Pokémon cards to Big Orbit Cards UK for sale, but they returned them saying **all of them were fake**. One of them even came back torn, which was really frustrating. I'm honestly not sure if the cards are fake or not, so I wanted to ask for your help in verifying their authenticity.

I've attached pictures of the card(s) in question below.

Any insight on how to check if they're real or fake would be really appreciated — especially if anyone has had experience with Big Orbit before

Rocket's Hideout, Rayquaza, Raikou, Togetic, and Gyarados are indeed fake. Rocket's Hideout has never been printed with this foil pattern or with foil covering the entire card, and the back looks blurry and slightly dull. Wrong fonts and a couple typos too ("Dard" and "Nitendo"). Rayquaza, Raikou, and Gyarados use the wrong Energy graphics (should be highlighted from the left and less bloated), and they lack the accented é in Pokémon. Togetic's foil should use the "galaxy" pattern, not the stars.

Can't tell for certain on Broken Ground Gym and EXP.All from the scans. However, if you hold them up to a light and can see the reverse side through them, they're fake.

    Background:
This collection is from my childhood — way back in my school days around early 2000. Back then, it wasn't exactly easy to find or even make fake Pokémon cards, especially in stores. Most of the cards I have were pulled from booster packs or traded with friends at school. I've had them safely stored for years.

Merged with your previous thread, to which I'd already responded.

Sharpedo wasn't included in your first batch, but it's the same deal as your other Ex-series cards (icons highlighted from the wrong side, lacking accented é, etc.).
