Naughty Torchic

Ok, I just restarted my Ruby game, because I realized that I messed up majorly on all my pokemon.

Right now, this is my Torchic. Mind you, it's only level 9.....

It only has the first 3 moves. I wanted to know what moves would be best for this kind of Torchic. Any suggestions?

Well, with the nature you have, I believe it would be best suited to be a Mixed Sweeper. If you plan on eventually migrating it to Diamond or Pearl, I suggest:

Trait: Blaze
Nature: Naughty
EVs: 252 SPD / 204 SPATK / 52 ATK

Flamethrower
Sky Uppercut
Thunderpunch
Stone Edge

Assuming that it's 3rd Gen, stick with:

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Sky Uppercut
- Fire Blast
- Rock Slide
- (filler here)

4th Gen:

Blaziken @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Blaze Kick / Flare Blitz
- Stone Edge
- Reversal
- Sky Uppercut / Thunderpunch (if learnable within D/P Limits)
