Patch: National Dex FireRed

I am just wondering if there is a way to unlock the National Dex in FireRed? I am currently doing a ROM hack for FireRed but I would like access to the National Dex as soon as you get it. Not sure if there is a patch for this or a tool that I can use. I am not doing a disassembly and have been using various ROM hack tools for it, so please don't refer to that. I do appreciate any assistance!
