She is a crappy pokemon. I was raising her as my one of my main party pokemons. After level 45 mark, I noticed she can't even OHKO much younger (level wise) wild pokemon even if the attack was super effective. So I checked her stats.

    Current:
    Level 48
    HP:148
    SP ATK: 89
    ATK: 84

WTF? I would think at least one attack would be near 100 or over 100. Right?

    SP. DEF: 97
    DEF: 95
    SPEED: 92

Then, I vaguely remembered something about Pokemon's nature affecting stat growth. Well, it has Timid nature. The fact that I chose her over Nidoking because I thought Nidoking couldn't learn Blizzard makes me sad. Not sure about that. He probably can learn that too.

    Moveset:
    Blizzard
    Earth Power
    Crunch
    Double Kick.

Very good type coverage but lacks serious punch. After that I checked Smogon's tiers only to see she is considered either UU or RU in different gens. No wonder.

P.S. Those stats were achieved with +6 calcium or w/e that was raising SP ATK stat. And Macho Brace was used for some training around level 20 up to 30.

She is probably the weakest offense of my team and others are pretty good thankfully.

Well firstly, The Nidos aren't great statwise overall, and on top of that her Sp.Atk can only max out at 273, but that is with perfect ivs and a beneficial nature which likely yours does not have perfect ivs. So if you are attacking with Blizzard, not only will it not gain STAB, its hindering Sp.Atk will make it seem like very weak move. I would trade her for Nidoking and make him an Attack pokemon and avoid Special moves all together.

    ^ What he said.

To add, Nidoking is in UU, while Nidoqueen is in RU because Nidoking can pull off fast offensive sets better than Nidoqueen due to having better Special Attack and Speed. Nidoqueen sets itself apart from Nidoking in UU play with its better bulk; it also checks Fighting Pokemon, like Heracross, better than Nidoking can.

In the future, if you want advice on a Pokemon/team ingame, you want the Battle Center's In-Game Team Help section. If you just want to post your thoughts while you play a game, you would want the journals in the sections of the various games. This doesn't belong here but I'm not sure what you're going for so I'll just lock this and let you decide where to go. If you have any questions about it feel free to PM me :)
