Most Useless Move?

Besides Splash, please exclude this from your answer. What do you think is the most useless Pokemon move?

I've honestly always found Follow Me to be a useless move. It's useless in Single battles, and I don't see what benefit there is in taking all the attacks in battle in double, and triple battles. Why would I want to waste a move slot on something like that when it's very situational.

Also, Hold Hands is virtually useless, too, but I'll let it slide because the game said gay right with this one (since it's not limited to pokemon of genders holding hands in battle)

(Splash can actually do damage in Mystery Dungeon, so it's not the most useless move to me.)

Probably Foresight, cause usually the best way to fight Ghosts is with Dark moves anyway. I actually wasn't aware of what else it could do until I read up on it, but it didn't seem too helpful (improves accuracy of moves if the target is increasing its evasion).

Well, yeah, only five damage though, and only in the first two games, lmfao, but you're right about this one.

I'm not very familiar with the metagame, but Feint seems a bit too situational to me - I mean, is it really necessary for it to only work against a Pokemon that's using Protect? Especially considering it's 30 base power?

Unless it's on a Pachirisu...:^)

Didn't they change how Feint works after generation IV so it does hit even if a Pokemon isn't protecting itself, though?

Outside of Splash and Hold Hands, Celebrate is techincally a useless move, too. All it does is play a little animation with your Pokemon, and your turn ends without any other effect.

I also nominate Memento as a more or less useless move. Sure, you can drop your opponents attack and special attack by sacrificing your Pokemon with the move, but unless you have a way to trap them in battle first, it's an easy switch out for your opponent, and just a waste of one of your own Pokemon. Maybe if it had boosted priority, it would be a little more useful.

I've never really understood the point of Bide. You're giving your opponent essentially two or three free turns to set up and then obliterate you the very next turn. IMO it really does feel like a less useful and more risky Counter/Mirror Coat.

Aside from obvious splash, there some bad moves that wont work well

Sports Move: 98% ground-type knows this moves and 50 of them are rock and small percent are water type, but if its a ground-type. why you ever need mud sports where it basically immune to electric type moves and same thing to water sport, if its a water-type which mostly of them are resist fire-type means very less damage from fire-type attack (only if that typing is grass/ice with a secondary water-type mean 1x damage)
