    How come Misty's Togepi can use Teleport. That's not one of the attacks Togepi learns, cause I looked on Bulbapedia and it wasn't listed. So how come Misty's can use it? Togepi's not a Psychic type so why can only Misty's use Teleport?
     
    It could use Metronome, so I suppose it managed to use Teleport through Metronome a couple of times. It's a shame it didn't ever do anything like Splash or Fly when they were in a dangerous situation XD
     
    yea I remember the part where that pink Rhyhorn was chassing them, and Togepi saved them making them all Teleport away, and Ash refused to believe that it had been Togepi that had used Teleport
     
    It's this attack called:
    Metronome

    It attacks anytime, anywhere for you. Yes, even teleport your butt out of bars.
     
    Well technicaly it's not Misty's Togepi because she released it when it evolved into Togectic to protect the mirage kingdom.
     
    It's a pity Togepi never actually became anything particularly exciting over the course of the anime aside from it's Deus Ex Machina, er, Metronome move (reminds self of hilarious moment of Whitney's Clefairy using Splash). It was hyped up to be so much more due to being one of the first new Pokemon to be revealed. Even in the games it took three generations for Game Freak to get its act together and give Togepi an evolution into something actually useful and unique.
     
    Exactly. Speaking of Misty's Togepi...I found it funny how like 5 minutes after Ash's Phanpy hatched it was battling. (Also I wonder how Ash could've just returned Phanpy to a Pokeball when it just hatched from an egg, shouldn't it have to be caught first?) Yet all I've seen Togepi do so far was battle Pikachu (in the Johto episode where Misty and Ash battle for Totodile) and it wasn't even really a battle.
     
    I wish Misty would of kept it after it evolved, then it might would of evolved again, and she could of got a Togekiss
     
    It was totally metronome. I miss that Togepi but I think that the next time we see it in the DP series it will be a Togekiss! Hell yeah!

    I agree it just had to be metronome and definitely I think we will either see it as a togekiss when misty makes her guest appearnence ( I wonder if she will stay as long as MAy did...hmm) or we might see Nando having a Togekiss...IMHO...

    Wah? Does he even have a Togepi? I just wonder when we do meet her Togetic/Togekiss again what moves it will know.
     
    we won't see Misty's Togetic as Togekiss though, she got rid of it, remember
     
    Maybe it will return for one episode to rescue "our heroes". Personally i dont want Nando to have one. Cynthia's Togekiss (she has a Togekiss in Platinum) will probably be the first one to appear if misty doesnt come

    Does Cynthia really have a togekiss in platinum??? I never noticed...*goes to check it out* but u r right Misty's togepi might not be seen again, but if Cynthia does have a togekiss in Platinum then that is where we will most likely see it then...
     
    Like many fans, I hold out hope that the episode Misty's Japanese voice actor mentioned involves Misty meeting up with the group again, and seeing Togetic again :P

    But yea, In the anime, for the most part, a pokemon can control what metronome does, from what we've seen. When all the clefairy/munchlax did it, they knew what they were doing, and togepi seems to as well.
