Miltank Moveset

What would you guys suggest for a good miltank moveset in G/S/C?
Mine is:

Miltank (named Moo Moo)@leftovers
-Heal Bell
-Milk Drink
-Earthquake
-Attract

I'm not a big fan of heal bell, and attract would work better if ur Miltank waz Female, cause males r mor common. I'm not sayin 2 get rid of it if its male, but its not da best. I would get rid of heal bell and put in something like Flamethrower/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt, or Rock Slide (if it can learn these moves). U may want 2 replace attract (if its male) for one of these moves, too (F/IB/T for Heal Bell; Rock Slide for Attract).

It is female, i think all miltanks are female. And how do you propose getting rockslide?

Miltank shouldn't even use any attack but toss or return with STAB... and it's a lot more annoying than you can ever imagine. Heal bell and self heal is terror.

EV: Defensives

-thunderwave

-seismic/return

Standard, 2nd most used heal bellers (Blissey wins by FAR)

I would probably give it Careful nature since Special Defense a lot lower than Defense. Personally, I'd use Body Slam, but I soppose a guarenteed paralysis with Thunderwave is good. Just frees up another move slot.
