1st Gen Mew lives under the Truck

    Once I asked my brother about how he got all Pokemon in his Yellow and Red, and he told me that he got Mew under the truck and the rest by trading with his friends. I didn't belive him, and I don't know where he keeps those things now, so I think he's lying. I told him that I saw videos on YT that said Mew doesn't live under the truck, but he said that they didn't try it on the actual game, but on a ROM or GameCube. So I have no proof that she's not under it. :\ Same with FireRed and LeafGreen. Does anyone know about it?

    well,it was made because there HAVE to be a reason of why the truck was there....and i still think that is very mysterious...but i know that there is no mew there.
     
    yeah,but tell me,why in the world would nintendo put a truck in some place that u can't revisit(unless for the glitch)and that u need to use surf?.besieds u don't see the truck sprite in the game!veeeeeeeeeeery mysterious.
     
    Since there's no legitimate proof that Mew is under the truck, I'm just going to say that they put there for one of two reasons:

    ~An event that they didn't make, then forgot to remove the truck sprite
    ~To mess with our heads. :P

    They put a lot of coding in the game that was for stuff they'd planned, never got around to completing, and forgot to completely take out. Missingno's Bird typing, anyone?

    Can't add much more to the "there's no proof Mew's under there" outcry except out of curiosity, I went over there with a Pokémon that had Strength. The truck would not budge.
     
    I feel as though this myth is as old as I am, but still, no mew under the truck, i've tried everything to get it to move, and its just a thing that sits there and looks pretty for us, and its TRUE purpose is to make us ask questions like this.

    the truck is near where the SS anne takes off before is sinks. u have to die on the SS anne to be able to get to the truck later OR use an AR and walk through walls code
