Where do you get your pokemon massaged? i heard it was in goldenrod but i dont know where.Please help, i need to evolve my pichu to beat lances Gyarados

Underground you can get your Pokemon massages. Go to the tunnel and walk down some and these people behind a desk (not the picture people) will give your lead Pokemon a Massage for 500 Poke.

I'm gonna go give my Dusclops a massage.
