4th Gen Making a surfing/Flying/volt tackle pikachu?

Hi, yesterday I came back from the Manaphy event and decided to try to get a surfing Pikachu without PBR( Pokemon Battle Revolution). I tried almost everything but nothing worked. Then I had an idea. Why not catch a Smeargle? So I did. I then thought about how it can copy almost every move. So, after deciding what I wanted, I went out for a double battle in the restaurant near Lake Valor. Before entering, I taught my new Staravia Fly and my Azumarill Surf. Since I leveled up twenty more levels with Smeargle, it had three Sketch moves.

I went inside the restaurant and started a double battle with a Gentleman and a Lady pair. My first two Pokemon were Linoone and Staravia. My Staravia tried to use fly on Linoone while he was switched with Smeargle. Smeargle was hit with Fly and Smeargle used Sketch on it, learning Fly. Next I brought out Azumarill and made it use Surf, which Smeargle copied also. After that battle, I got a female Pikachu from my PC, who was holding a light ball, and deleted all of its moves except for Grass Knot. I took the Female Pikachu and the male Smeargle to Solaceon, and I thought What if it doesn't work...? And that's where I am. I need someone to comfirm this, because I'm desperate for a Pichu with Surf,Volt Tackle,Fly, and Grass Knot.

How can a pichu learn fly i have never heard of one every learing one event or no.

it won't work, because surf and fly isn't an egg move for Pichu.

You'd need to hack for a flying Pikachu, and so far the only surfing ones exist only for Gen III. But a Volt Tackle Pikachu is easy enough to have. Give a Light Ball (you can steal one off Pikachus) to a male Pikachu and breed it with a female one, and the resulting Pichu will have Volt Tackle

Ye, this wont work. If a move isn't a egg move, then that move can't be learnt :) Same with TM egg Moves, Only some pokemon can learn certain. So if that pokemon cant learn it after its a egg, it cant learn it by TM egg Move Breeding

If this was possible, there'd be nothing impressive about a Surfing or Flying Pikachu/Pichu. Surf and Fly aren't egg moves, and you wouldn't need Smeargle at all, just any Pokémon that learns those moves.

This thread is pretty pointless now.
