Lugia or Kyogre

<--- Lugia the gaurdian of the sea.

<--- Kyogre the creator of the sea

They both have something to do with the sea so if they had a fight who would win?

I say Lugia would win cuz it can fly and use Aeroblast.

Lugia for sure. It can fly, which makes it easier to dodge attacks & all that nice stuff. Plus, Lugia's just awesomer.

Lugia can probably tank anything Kyogre throws at it while Kyogre can only tank special attacks.

As much as I personally prefer Kyogre over Lugia, I have to call this for Lugia. >_<

Has anyone thought about the fact that in the anime, Lugia could sorta... summon his friends? He could just call over Zapdos and pwn Kyogre?

If Kyogre called for his "friends" he's get tied up in another huge battle for domination.

and I pick Kyogre. Lugia would be unemployed if it weren't for it. Can't say which one I prefer, both are tight looking and both learn some pretty powerful moves.

I think kyogre would win cuz it has better stats than lugia mostly, except for regular attack. But yeah I like kyogre better anyway.

Rain assist Thunder FTW.

There aren't a whole lot of Flying types that can effectively stall a Kyogre set up like that. Though if you were building them specifically to fight each other there's no telling what you'd come up with.

Hmm. I think Lugia would win since he can fly and swim while Kyogre can swim, but could probably spam Water attacks such as Water Spout or something like that, but as one other person in this thread stated, Lugia can use Electric attacks.

I'm imagining both Kyogre and Lugia right now... why am I imagining pkmn compared to humans I don't know, but um... Kyogre looks like it's ancient, or a relic or something, while Lugia seems more real, soooo Lugia. :)

Also the fact that I played Johto before Hoenn.
