Um, he already found it :D It is a status healer! Use it when your Pokémon is poisoned or whatever :D

You can say it is almost useless since it has the same effect as the full heal.

Just save or use it. Think of it as a free Full Heal, which can be helpful in some situations. I believe she also sells them for the same price if you want more (it sounds cooler than Full Heal anyway).

It was suppose to be a cheap full heal in RSE, but in DP you can only get one. It's similar to the Old Gateau you receive in the Old Chateau in use, quantity, and effectiveness.

I've always suspected you get friendship/happiness from using this, but my research has proven otherwise.

It's a one-time use item. You can't get anymore. You can use it if you want or save it. It's your decision. There's really nothing important about that, so this thread is pointless.
